GALLUP — You don’t just crank out the World’s largest Navajo taco in the family kitchen during halftime of a sports event. That's like expecting Billy the Kid to escape from the Lincoln County Jail in broad daylight, Bill Lee, executive director at the Gallup-McKinley County Chamber of Commerce, said.
